Purchase Policy
Prices
Prices include GST, except all memberships, gift vouchers and donations. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price listed at the time we receive your order is the price you will be charged.
Delivery
Products are sent after your payment has been received and cleared. Products not in stock may take longer.
Postage and Handling
Postage and handling (excluding In Store Pick up) is added when you get to the checkout. Postage is based on weight and is charged according to current Australia Post rates per weight.
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with anything you purchase from The Auslan Shop, you can return your purchase within 14 days. We will give you a refund if the returned product is suitable for re-sale. Sorry we cannot refund postage and handling charges for delivery or return of goods.
Goods damaged in transit
If an item you purchase from The Auslan Shop is damaged in transit we will send you a replacement free of charge. You will need to return the damaged product to us for assessment before we can replace it.
Methods of refunds
The Auslan Shop will pay refunds to your credit card, or we can post a cheque. To return a product, please click here to contact us, and we will supply you with a form to post the damaged/faulty product back to The Auslan Shop.
Discounts
The Auslan Shop is an activity of Deaf Australia (previously the Australian Association of the Deaf). If you are a member of Deaf Australia you are entitled to discounts on some Auslan Shop products.

As we only use your information to process your purchase, we also use it to let you know about our promotional news. Promotional news will send out about whats happening such as new products, discounts and specials.
